As a new patient, you will experience a good level of patient care for your dental needs.

At your first visit the dentist may:
-carry out a full examination of your mouth, teeth and gums
– ask about your general dental health
– ask about your diet
– ask about cleaning and brushing habits and advise you the best ways to keep your teeth and gums healthy
-explain the cost of your treatment and the need of any further appointments

Please note we are not taking on new NHS patients at the moment.

Medical History

The medical history form can be downloaded to your computer. You can print out, complete and bring the form with you to your appointment. By filling out this form ahead of time you will save time on your visit. Alternatively you can arrive earlier and fill out the form at the practice. If you have any questions when filling out the form, our staff will assist you with your questions on the day of your appointment.
