Dr Mali Aghelnejad -

My name is Mali. I graduated from dental school in Gothenburg, Sweden, and moved to England in 1999. I can also fluently speak Farsi and Swedish

I strongly believe in preserving healthy enamel whenever possible and restoring teeth rather than placing crowns.

My greatest passion in dentistry is teeth straightening. My interest in orthodontics began over ten years ago with Six Month Smiles, and I was among the first in the East Riding to adopt this system. Over time, my dedication to the field led me to become a Clinical Instructor (teacher) for Six Month Smiles in England.

I also enjoy treating teeth using Biomimetic Protocols, repairing cracks and helping teeth stay healthy and functional far longer than traditional dentistry allows.

My Favourites

My biggest pleasure is spending time with my family, I especially enjoy making sure everyone leaves my house with a very full stomach. I also really enjoy long walks and going to the gym.

Dr Arian Izadi -

Hello, I am Arian!

I studied dentistry Charles university in Czech republic, but before this I studied and became a pharmacist, however I didn’t feel it was right for me.

My main passion in dentistry to ensure the life of a tooth is preserved for as long as possible, reducing the risk of root canals as much as possible, this is called Biomimetic Dentistry. I enjoy designing restorations to have a failsafe so that the tooth life is preserved as long as possible. I do this by using the most up to date techniques and high magnification loupes (dental magnifying glasses)

My Favourites

I love spending time with family and my puppy, Benji. He is very spoilt and is living his best puppy life. When and if its not raining,  I try spend time updating or riding my motorbike. I really enjoy watching films, my favourites are Last Samurai and Lord of the Rings (obviously).

Hey, Abbie the Dental Therapist here! I am a true adventurer at heart, I’ve built a life around passion and creativity. By day (and sometimes night), I’m a gamer who’s lucky enough to get paid to play games—a dream job that fuels both my competitive and imaginative sides. Inspired by Lara Croft, I live for exploration and challenges, whether that’s through gaming or scaling boulders!

My Favourites

I’ve spent years in the car scene, owning a modified car and traveling to shows across the country to share my passion for performance and design. I’ve also taken my love of exploration to the water, obtaining my boat license to add another layer to my adventures.

I can play six instruments, with the violin being my main love. Whether it’s in gaming, music, gaming, climbing, or travel, I’m always looking for the next challenge that lets me grow, learn, and push boundaries.

Dr Liya Manattu -

Hi, I am Liya!

I am an overseas dentist from India, and I am currently working as a dental therapist here in the UK with over two years of experience. You will usually find me with my headphones on listening to music, or going to the gym, and sometimes exploring new foods and drinks.

My Favourites

My all-time favourite food is ghee dosa with sambhar, and so far, my favourite city I have visited is Vienna because of its beauty and cleanliness. Also I absolutely love travelling, especially wandering through new cities and stumbling upon hidden gems.

I am definitely not a morning person until I have had my coffee.

Dr Farheen Samad -

I am a medical doctor! I studied Medicine at Pavol Jozef Safarik University in Slovakia. I completed my Aesthetics Course in London with Derma Institute.  I have always been passionate about natural beauty and love helping people feel good about themselves with the most natural and minimalistic enhancements. Feeling comfortable in our own skin is very important to me.

Outside of work I enjoy playing tennis, keeping active in the gym and cooking tasty meals.

My Favourites

I really enjoy snorkeling and paddle boarding, however I actually have a big fear of deep water, so you will always catch me wearing a life jacket, or exploring the shallows with the fishes

Beckie Miller -

Hello! I’m Beckie, lovely to meet you.

I gained my National Diploma in Dental Nursing (NEBDN) back in 2012 and have been working in dentistry ever since.

My Favourites

Spending time with my husband and our dog, Chester. We often head out on long walks and make it our mission to find new dog friendly cafés. Chester is definitely the toughest critic when it comes to puppychinos! My favourite food is Mexican cuisine, and my top holiday destination so far has been Bulgaria.

Leo Ashby -

Hi, Leo here. I’m the chatty one on reception. I make sure everything runs smoothly and keep patients distracted with stories and the occasional bad joke.

Before this I worked in game development while training to be a vet on the side. Not the most traditional path into dentistry but it left me with plenty of stories to bring here.

My Favourites

Outside of work I enjoy building computers, spending time with my dog Mars, or trying to learn a new skill each week (badly).

My favourite food is Tteokbokki and my favourite place is America (mainly for the chaos, the portions, and people asking me to say “bottle of water” for the accent)

Louise Foston -

Hi, I’m Louise! I’ve spent the last 12 years happily working as a dental nurse, following my previous career as a beauty therapist. I absolutely love what I do and find it rewarding every day.

My Favourites

I love holidays! My favourite destination has to be Turkey, there’s something about the sunshine, sea, and culture that always draws me back.

In my spare time, you’ll usually find me on the sidelines of a football pitch, cheering on my son. His passion for the game makes it even more exciting to watch!

Jolene Carr -

Hi, I am Jolene!

I have been a dental nurse for 5 years, with experience working in NHS urgent care, the ambulance service, and theatres. I also work as an emergency dental nurse, which keeps each day interesting and rewarding.

My Favourites

Spending time in the garden, going on hikes, being with family, and enjoying books or podcasts. I also have a big interest in photography. My favourite food is anything Indian and spicy, and my favourite holiday destination is the Lake District, with Greece coming a very close second.

Priya Thileepan -

Him I am Priya! I’m an apprentice dental nurse with a double distinction in Health and Social Care and have completed all my GCSEs, including Polish. I’m half Polish and half Sri Lankan.

Spending time with family, travelling, and going to festivals or city getaways (Amsterdam is a favourite!).
